Team Members – Invite and Manage
In this guide, you will learn how to invite, accept, and manage team members in AI Promonet. By following these simple steps, you can efficiently collaborate with your team within the AI Promonet Workspace.
Steps to Manage Team Members in AI Promonet
Inviting a New Team Member
1. Access AI Promonet Workspace
- Go to your AI Promonet Workspace by selecting the desired workspace.
2. Navigate to Team Members Settings
- Click on the Settings tab on the left side of the screen.
- Find the section for Team Members.
3. Invite a New Team Member
- Click the Invite User button.
- Enter the new team member’s email and click Send.
- The status will show as Pending until the user accepts the invitation.
- Once the user accepts the invitation, the status will change to Active.
Good to know: The invited user will have the Guest role.
Accepting a Team Member Invitation
1. Check Your Email
- Look for an email with the invitation to join AI Promonet.
2. Accept the Invitation
- Click on the registration link in the email.
- On the registration page, choose a username and password.
- You will then be able to successfully log in to the AI Promonet Workspace.
Managing Team Members – Deleting a Team Member
1. Navigate to Team Members Settings
- Click on the Settings tab on the left side of the screen.
- Find the section for Team Members.
2. Delete a Team Member
- Find the team member you want to delete.
- Press the Delete icon available in the Actions column.

Good to know: Active team members can use all the agent configurations, actions, and settings available in your AI Promonet workspace. They can create and delete inbound & outbound AI Agents.
