Cannot check/access Recordings in Call History in AI Promonet
If you’re unable to check recordings in AI Promonet, you may need to disable HTTP Basic Authentication to access media in Twilio. Follow these steps:
1 . Access General Voice Settings: Go to the Twilio Console.
2. Scroll to “Enforce HTTP Auth on Media URLs”: Locate the section.
3. Disable HTTP Authentication: Select Disabled.
4. Save Changes: Confirm and save your changes.
Note: Accessing this setting may require your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token or API Key.
