11. AI and Machine Learning Policy for Google Workspace Data

We do not use Google Workspace data, including Google Calendar events and user profile information, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs).
All Google data is solely used to provide, enhance, and personalize the AI Promonet app’s functionalities for individual users, in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
12. Automation Solutions and Third-Party Integrations
If a client chooses to use advanced automation solutions or integrates our application with external services, they acknowledge that each service, platform, or third-party tool has its own terms of service and privacy policies.
By using these solutions, the client agrees to the terms of the respective providers and understands that their data processing rules may differ.
PROMONET Services is not responsible for the management, security, or handling of data within these external systems, nor for their technical or legal compatibility with our services.
